I had A-fib which is what you have by the nouns of it ...I took Digoxin...have you been prescribed that for this as well...speak next to your Cardio about what you are supposed to do when you have these runs of high heratrates.

sounds like supraventricular tachycardia. you need to see a doctor, and not go by counsel you receive on YA.

could experience bronchospasms (difficulty breathing), you can convert into a deadly arrhythmia, your kidney's can shut down etc...and if neither of those happen you actually live through this, you will dance through beta-blocker withdrawal which will put your heart rate back up into the 240s, when it all wear off.
