21 year matured feminine, not overweight, high-ranking blood pressure?
How common is it for a 21 year old, 5 foot 4 inch, 137 pound female to hold high blood pressure and die of a heart attack/stroke? I know 137 pounds isnt *thin* by any means but it isnt medically overweight either. (I'm within college, give me a break!) I don't smoke, and although I don't exercise regularly right now, I am by no means redundant, as I walk around campus all the time (which is a big campus, plus the lack of parking make the walks even further) and do situps and lift toning weights when i remember to. I also take a each day Heart Healthy Pack of vitamins which has 5 vitamins best for heart health and blood pressure. I don't eat ably, but I also don't eat red meat (or any meat), or fast food. I just drink too much simple, college kid food, like bread and cheese and I grab crackers or something. I know i prob have too much sodium within my diet but I mean it couldnt be THAT bad...could it?? My docs attributed it to my anxiety disorders (general and social) and my intense nervousness going to docotors office at all, and after I am there for a bit she takes my blood pressure again and it have gone down (to normal i suppose).

When people focus of high blood pressure they think of a 50 year old heavy guy sitting in Burger king stuffign his face.
Your diet really is that bad. Everything you put contained by your mouth will affect your health, regardless of how small it is. Do you eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day? I know it sounds similar to a lot but that really is the bare ninimum. AT LEAST eat a salad everyday, next to Italian dressiing or no dressing at all.
Your body can not function only on carbs. If you are a vegetarian afterwards you should eat more beans and tofu for your protein. That is needed for heart health. Also, NEVER EAT WHITE BREAD. It is as nutritional as a rock.
