Heart Scare! (chest pains)?

So I just got back from the hospital after have some chest pains, and they told me it was probably nothing and that without chronic anguish or definite signs of a life threatening disorder, they would not be able to do much.
cally it starts as a sharp pain on the left breast, followed by similar pains throughout my entire body. Mostly gone leg, left arm, both wrists, but not limited to. Having frequent headaches continuing seconds to ten minutes. Numbness in my left mitt, sometimes left leg. Pain increases (or begins if not already present) when I own a cigarette, pop, lay on my sides, and if I lay on my back it hurts my chest AND back significantly more than if I was on my sides. No palpitations, but chunky pounding, not significantly more rapid heartbeat than usual. Straightening my posture seems to alleviate the pain most of the time.....
Think that's it.

Anyone near something similar??
Answers:     Go see a doc
stly, it sounds like a nerve issue, probably surrounded by your spine, and I think the hear beating rapidly is cause by anxiety, becasue the pain freaks you out...

I have a herniated disk in my C5-6 vertebrea, and when it get irritated, I get shooting pains through my whole body, and sometimes My heart rate speeds up to. You should definitely inventory all your symptoms, and see your regular doctor.
Not exactly the same, but close, with random anguish and chest pain that seems to go through from front to rear.
Mostly left side too, arm and shoulder.
things, quit smoking, the nicotine narrows the blood vessels making the heart work harder and try a honourable chiropractor. As crazy as it sounds the fact that your symptoms change according to your body posture is telling me you enjoy some pressure on parts of your nerves from your spine.
That's how I know I need an adjustment...I start wondering if my heart is going.
I have similar symptoms.
For starters, your should really quit smoking, it takes such a toll on your body. And also, try replacing 2 soda's a afternoon for two water bottles. If you aren't a water drinker, you can add the powdered flavor to the wet to make it to your liking.
nt to my doctor and I was diagnosed with a thyroid condition. There are a few diseases that can end in mild to moderate chest pain. Anemia can cause chest pain and a high-ranking heart rate. Also a Thyroid disease can cause a racing or heavy heart stuff, accompanied by chest pain. Acid Reflux also give pretty doomed to failure chest pain. Many people think that they are have a heart attack but it ends up just being acid burning the esofegas and cause pain.
Whatever the cause may be, you should see your doctor. He will do some simple blood work and be able to share if any of these diseases are affecting your heart or are related to your chest pain.

Do you think that you cumbersome heart beat may be because of anxiety of the chest pain? I know when I have chest misery, I freak out some and then my heart rate is about 120 bpm. Next time you feel the aching, just do some breathing exercises and calm down, this will help next to the pain and keep you and your heart calm.
in the order of the pains in your wrists and legs, I couldn't tell you what they are. I get really desperate sharp pains in my wrists and legs as well as the chest pain. It is annoying and fear-provoking but I have just always thought it be due to my stress and anxiety. So I have no idea what they are really caused by. If you find out please permit me know!

But, regardless you should make an appointment with your doctor and you have a few doomed to failure habits you need to kick.
