Do I hold a viral ear/throat infection? How long will it concluding?

Around last week, after kissing a girl, I started to feel my throat become sore. I smoked during the week, stupidly, and think I may own irritated the throat even more. This Saturday, I was in the rain adjectives day and felt really bad. My lymph node swelled up, my ear feel heavy with pressure, and my throat was awful.
