Swine flu has equal symptoms as a normal flu, e.g coughing, sneezing, fever etc, and sometimes diarrhea and vomiting. Even if you do, check a doctor and see. Don't worry, swine flu isn't that serious as the medium made it sound, the majority of the people recover from it a moment ago like from the normal flu. In fact the everyday flu killed more people than what the swine flu did. Swine flu usually just turns serious if the entity is obese or has a weaker immune system.
