I own cough and a sore throat.could it be swine flu?

cases of swine flu have been reported here.cough and sore throat ae symptoms of swine flu.i'm scared.but i don't hold a high temperature or vomiting or diarrhoea.should all the symptoms be see to prove one has swine flu?
