Answers:    None of these preparations are going to help a viral infection. I suggest you take your son to see another Doctor if symptoms persist. Source(s): Registered Nurse
It's difficult to grasp your question -- poor spelling, poor grammar and little punctuation. Azithral is azithromycin but I don't know "Rantak" is, I don't know what "Zyrtax" is, I don't know what "Zyntac" is, I don't know what "Zyrtac" is (you keep shifting the misspelling) and I don't know what "cefftas" is. I don't know what "t crosin t" means either.
hromycin is a bacterial antibiotic and I wouldn't know why it would have be prescribed if your son has a viral condition. It won't work on a virus. Take your son to a different doctor and get a diagnosis that identifies the virus, if it really is a virus and not a bacterium.
