What to munch through when you hold a cold?

One of the things I hate most about having a cold, is not person able to eat well. I can't partiality anything, and most everything upsets my stomach. What foods are best to have when sick with a cold?

I know that foreboding. Your stomach doesnt feel like eating anything. When I own a cold, I force my body to have soup, the best thing for colds. Also, drink 7 up or sprite, thats good for colds. Also, drink some tea. Good luck!
chicken noodle soup but put some tabasco or hot sause. that will open up your sinus' and make u discern better
