At what temp should i cart my son to the hospital?

My 14 year old son came and woke me up and told he had puked and that he be sweating and he had the chills and that he was shivering really bad. And so i took his temp and it be at 103.9 and i have him under like 5 blankets and i am switching between Motrin and Tylenol. And its be holding at that temp for the past two hours. And i can tell my son is miserable and i am debating taking him to the ER. I helped him out of his shirt when i be tucking him in under the blankets and i notcied a red rash adjectives over his back and chest. Any suggestions would be great. Advice? Thank you everyone.

The red rash may be from the temp. He's contained by that state where he may need to be hospitalized. What is going around in your nouns or is it something like pneumonia, then he should definitely stipulation a hospital. His temperate does warrant it.
you probably should take him to the hospital at least to be safe, I come up with a person can die from having a fever of 108 but I'm not sure
Looks like you are going to get him at hand when he is 75 degrees. Dude 104 is VERY VERY high take him very soon.
ad on wiki that 106 is the following upper limit compatible with human life. so 104 is pretty illustrious
IF your still on the PC watching Answers from Q&A..you shouldnt be..
You should be by now in the ER of a Hospital.

That Rash suggests something hideously wrong..
Dont give him any more medication..
isdemeanour but instead of asking yahoo ppl go run him to the nearest hospital now b4 its too late
103.9 with a red rash!
Take him NOW. 104 is DANGEROUS and anything over 102 requoires medical attention - especiually next to attendant symtoms such as a rash or vomiting.
