Hospital long-suffering grill?
Ever heard of a patient being given an entrance to stop in a hotel and the hospital funding the room whilst you are there?
Answers: yep, my mum broke her leg like 5 years ago and it has be giving her trouble ever since, also she owns a dancing/theatre school. so needs to have working legs for her post lol. a few weeks ago she went to a hospital in bath (england) which specializes contained by the treatment she needs or something like that. so she had to travel down within and the hospital paid for a hotel room if she needed it to travel down and back. But, it was a private hospital.
Yes, some hospitals will cover the cost of a hotel room for 1 or 2 immediate family member if the hospital is over a set amount of mileage from their home. Some of our local hospitals use 75 or 100 miles as their prerequisite. If you talk to a social worker or one of the nurses they can help get this set up or if you don't rather make the distance requirements, sometimes they can lead you to a hotel that gives open discounts if you are staying due to a family member being hospitalized.
your accommodation outside of the hospital isn't their problem.
Also, if you're a patient of the hospital then wouldn't you be residing surrounded by the hospital until you feel well again.
I use to dance to the Shriner's hospital in montreal several times.
They would pay for the child to be sent by plane, along with one full-size.
ver, Out of the 10 or more times i went, we always stayed within the same hotel.
I suppose this depends on the hospital, and what kind of 'connections'
they have.
