How do you know for sure if you hold swine flu?
Yesterday I started feeling really ill, like when you hold a severe cold: sneezes, runny nose, aching legs and arms, tiredness and felt cold and hot at equal time.

hey 1st of all forget what every1 else has told you. now if u enjoy or havent got it heres what to do.because i am the guru and i shall answer u. now the best way to rest from this is to get a bag of weed and start getin high.
immediately u probably thinkin im krazy but weed lowers ur body temprature and ur tempratue is soooo high u need to get glorious to bring it down.
and if u dont believe that in america theyv made a lozenge with THC in it and for those of u who dont know THC is the chemical contained by weed that gets u high.

Well, if you have a high disorientation, dry cough, sore throat, body aches/pains feeling hot and cold, and sometimes nausea, vomiting, or diarhea. If you have most of those, then you probably enjoy the flu. Also, if your still feeling lousy after about a week, means you own it too. Best advice is to stay at home/in bed the most you can, and eat light. Try chicken soup, bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, etc. Source(s): i have the swine flu

In the UK, we are no longer swabbing for the virus, so you won't know for sure. With the flu, one usually gets a fever of >38oC. You wouldn't customarily get a fever this high near a cold. Also, contrary to popular belief a runny nose and sore throat are not common features of the flu, but can happen.
