? going on for tattooing over scar?
i had a tatoo removed from my upper arm 4yrs ago with rejuve and got scarring from it. can you tatoo over a defect? i know it sounds strange to request another tatoo but it may camouflage the scar? i consulted with a plastic surgeon,but i would still have scarring from the revision. WHAT TO DO! i live contained by a hot climate thanks
