Diarrhea and Vomiting?

Hi am generally healthy person who occasionally gets ill or experiences diarrhea. Two days ago I think I be ill and. I was feeling fine the year after and most of today. Untill I experienced diarrhea midway of today. I went the toilet twice. First time the excrete was in small chunks. Second time be long and really sloppy with a bad smell. After inhalling the smell I vomited a large portion, I unsophisticatedly feel empty. I took two diarrhea pills before and grain bizarrely enough ok. This may sound very akward. Is it only just basic diarrhea? When I lie down and idulge myself in my blanket my body seem to heat up. When i'm sitting up now I feel mundane. Sorry if I went in to too much detail, am just trying see of anyone else is have this problem. I'm 20 don't smoke, don't drink. I sometimes suffer from stress and panic attacks, i'm also up quite late most times. Help, should I cally my GP am I at risk of any diseases?
