5 week infirm near viral meningitis?
My 5 week old baby was hospitalized beside viral meningitis a few days ago. we was released from hospital and I still sit and worry about this. They did voice that she would continue to run a fever for a few days but just to hang on to giving her medication for that and her fussiness. I honestly don't think they would have dismissed us if they wouldn't have though she be okay, would they? This stuff is soo scary.

They should have instructed you to follow up with your baby's pediatrician, which you should absolutely do. I understand your concern, but just do what the physicians say and if you enjoy a question or concern, call the pediatricians office and ask them. Sorry I can't provide you more solid advice, but I really don't think they would have discharged your toddler sooner than necessary!
