Are UTI beside headache adjectives?

I'm just wondering if it's typically to get a headache, or body aches when you are experiencing a UTI. I first have symptoms on Sunday, went to a doctor and was given a 3 day prescription. Finished the prescription on Wednesday, symptoms come back with a vengence on Thursday. Now, I'm experiencing pain contained by the general area of the infection, in calculation to joint and muscle pain through out my body, and a horribly throbbing headache which is affecting my cognition. I received a new prescription (7 days this time) this afternoon, but the headache and such started back that.
