Do i own food poisoning?
So earlier today I made chicken and cooked it for about 16 minutes in the oven on 350. About 2 hours subsequent i've been on the toilet having diarrhea and there have been a little bit of blood in it. I'm really startled..i told my mom and she's worried to. I feel a little bit nauseous and i haven't thrown up..its to unsettled to call the doctors and it's not bad enough to stir to the ER i think
Answers: probably. try sucking on your moms boobie - milk usually helps next to your symptoms
Yes I regard you did. Food poisoning can come from may factors, improper food handling, cross contamination , and under cooking . First until that time you start cooking, wash your hand.(Most people do this part) Second after you finished seasoning the meat and put it contained by the oven, wash you hands and any utensil that have come incontact next to the raw meat. (Hot tap water and soap) Check on the meat to see if its done, 16 minutes sounds resembling very little time. The way Chefs check to see if meat is done, is with a meat thermometer. Make sure the internal heat is 165-170. That way, you have killed adjectives the bacteria it may have. Source(s): I'm studying to be a Chef, and I work on the grill at a University. Chicken breast on the grill takes similar to 10 minutes to fully cook. So there's no way that it can fully cook in an oven in 16 minutes.
P.S. buy a food thermometer.
Have you ever had food poisoning before? probably not.food poisoning can do very painful cramping, diarrhea, and vomiting.depending on the severity of the poisoning.you may feel resembling you are dying.it does sound like you have a lite overnight case of poisoning. the good thing is most of the poisoning should go out beside the diarrhea. but you need to drink plenty of water, because diarrhea can cause dehydration.if you are not reaction any better in the morning, then call the doctor.
if the chicken was fresh, I mean it wasn't in your freezer for 3 months or so, I don't item you have to worry about. May be you make the addition of some spicy seasoning? Salad over oiled? Your body probably is fixing something inside and that's why you've the diarrhea. If your symptoms are worse tomorrow I'd go to ER just surrounded by case but relax now!
You should loaf about 24 hours before being concerned plenty to go to the ER but it sorta sounds like food poisoning, but you can never be to sure, i don't think it is. generally food poisoning last's around 24 hours, v had it before it is not good, lay down for a bit drink marine.. try and flush your systume if you have food poisoning it will make you feel alot better,, appropriate some gravol as well, you should feel good as unmarked in no time!:) get betters<3 hope you take my advocate
you should put the chicken in 4 30 min at 200*c or maybe because u ate it under cooked be it white inside and have no pink juices??
Sounds like it, I've done that next to chicken before. Was it pink at all in the middle? Take some Pepto or a similar product and carry a hold of a doctor when you can. Feel better!
