Do I own the flu? Or is it a moment ago a cold?

I've been running a slight fever I guess (100.5-101.1 the last time I checked) for give or take a few two days. I'm really cold, tired, a little achy in my back, and my palms and forearms hurt somewhat too. I hardly have a cough, just mucus contained by my chest. I haven't thrown up or anything. I can eat, but not much of an appetite. I just really feel approaching sleeping and drinking some juice. I'm also on my period(come to think of it, it started when all this happened)and I enjoy type 1 diabetes. Please tell me what to do, I rarely ever get sick but abundantly of people at school have be getting mildly sick too. Could allergies cause this? How about drainage? Thank You!
Answers:    You may want to check with Harold's notably regarded brother, Yakov. Don't worry, he's a doctah. He knows when inhabitants are cold or flu.
It sounds like a mild flu, go ahead and drink juice and wet, but try to avoid juices with too much sugar in them, Welch's or other 100%Fruit liquid drinks are the best. The sugar in Juices that aren't 100% Juice is probably fructose (I'm sure you know this) and isn't as good for you.
