How Do I Know If I Have A Fever?
i don't have a thermometer. and no money to get one. so how do i know?
i keep getting hot, my foot are cold. im nauseous, have diarrhea, lightheaded and weak. i don't know what to do.
Answers: Have someone feel your forehead (in case your hand are cold) and if you feel warm to the touch or look pale, you probably do enjoy a fever.
If anyone else is around (friend, roommate, house member), feel their forehead with the back of your appendage, then feel your own. If your forehead is significantly warmer than their's, you probably hold a fever.
Sounds similar to a fever.
ity your breath against your hand, does it feel too warm?
is your breathing spur-of-the-moment? are you struggling to breath comfortably?
do you feel your head is too heavy? do you enjoy muscle pains?
Do you have a headache?
light headedness could also be a result of anemia or hypotension (low blood pressure)
