Do i enjoy some sort of throat infection?

for the past two days my throat has been really dry, my right gland is abit swollen and it have been quite uncomfortable to swallow. it doesn't surface like a normal sore throat so i'm just wondering what it could be?
Answers:    My counsel would be to keep an eye on it. Look at your throat and see if it's also red and swollen. If it doesn't go away on it's own in a few days or get worse, I'd suggest you at least call your doctor. Sounds like a simple infection that your body will lug care of though.
