I don't know about the snout bleed but it sounds like a hernia. Feel around down there and see if you feel a lump around where on earth it hurts. If you do, STOP LIFTING and go to the doctor.
ar as the loss of appetite, you could also have a stone.
Either way you should shift het checked out if you're in that much pain. Source(s): Paramedic
You could definitely have developed an inguinal hernia with adjectives the lifting you do and the pop you felt. The inguinal canal is a weak point contained by the lower abdomen where your testicles descended before you be born. When you greatly increase the pressure in your abdomen by straining to lift something starchy and hold your breath during the lift, you can cause that canal to uncap back up and cause the hernia. You should really be checked out by a healthcare professional. Source(s): I am a nurse practitioner
Big Steve, It sounds like you've developed an inguinal hernia. It's best to have this checked..at hand are a couple of conservative treatments for it, but depending on the severity of the herniation it may require surgical intervention. Left untreated these types of hernias can develop some pretty nasty complications--so don't try to get through it on your own, you need to hope medical attention. The nose bleed may be from stress or allergies. The torment in your groin is probably an inguinal hernia. Please see a doctor soon.
