My Cat Licked Raw Chicken... Is It Ok To Eat if I Grill It?
I had thawed out chicken and was something like to put it on the grill when i caught my cat up on the counter licking it. I cooked it thouroughly, is that ok if i ate it? Would any bacteria/tapeworms be killed? (I grilled it at 400 for over 15min). Im worried im going to get tapeworm now

As far as your question, it is fine. Absolutely. Heck, throw the cat on the grill too! Hahaha, sorry. Don't do that. It will be safe. Rule of thumb when you cook: Stick a thermometer into the food at its center or its thickest division and read the gauge. Let the food cook for >140 degree F for at least 10-15 minutes. This will ensure risk-free food. This does NOT kill 100% of all pathogens but it will kill 99.99999997% or some crazy close number close to that.
If you're afraid of the worms or bacteria surrounded by the chicken, then it doesn't matter whether your cat licked it or not. The cat is extra, unneeded information that you provided.
Also, i don't presume chicken usually is infested with tapeworms.
