Answers:     wash your hands constantly.. mostly little kids and outmoded ppl catch it because of their Immune system, it's weaker.. It's like any other flu.. Source(s): Common Sense..
the report is making huge fuss about... if one kid in ur school receive the swine flu the whole district will most likely be out of school for a while.. any way more people die of the regular flu than of the swine flu its just the report and media make it sound even more worse since its unsullied and all the attention is on it!
I enjoy a book/leaflet on swine flu.
Some of the symptoms are studden onset of restlessness, cough or shortness or breath. Other symptoms can include headace, sore throat, tiredness, aching muscles, chills, sneezing, runny nose or loss of appetite.

How does swine flu spread?
you cough or sneeze without covering your nose and mouth beside a tissue, these droplets can spread and others will be at risk of breathing them in.
If you cough or sneeze into your hand, those droplets and the germs in them are afterwards easily spread from your hand to any hard surfaces that you touch, and they can live on those surfaces for some time. Everyday items such as door handle, computer keyboards, mobiles and ordinary phones and the TV remote control are all common surfaces where on earth flu viruses can be found.
If other people touch these surfaces and then touth their face, the germs can enter their systems and they can become infected. That's how all cold and flu viruses, including swine flu, are passed on from person to individual.

best thing you can do to protect yourself is to follow good Hygiene practices. These will help to slow the spread of the virus and will be the single most powerful thing you can do to protect yourself and others from the infection.
When you cough or sneeze it is especially important to follow the rules of good hygiene to prevent the spread of germs.
- Always get tissues.
- Use clean tissues to cover your mouth and nose when you cough and sneeze.
sh your hands beside soap and hot water or a sanitiser gel often.

If your worried please ring the swine flu number.
