Are UK school shut for 4 weeks because of swine flu?
I heard on the news, is it true?
Answers: i never thought id read aloud this but i hope not. im going into 6th form to study for my AS Levels and dont think i can afford to miss a month of school for a little bug.

Links please. There are plans in place for when and if this happens but it may not be 4 weeks, it is estimated that school may need to close for at least 3 months for infection rates to go down. If the affairs of state feel that closing schools will save plentifully of lives then they will do it. I am sure you would have had a reminder by now from your school if you was shut, however long it is. Just keep hold of following hand hygiene and keep up to date on the situation.

uk schools will find any bl**dy reason these days to shut school. next it will be due to overgrown bushes.
