Inevitable Stomach Flu...Call contained by sick?
I have an interesting problem. My boyfriend has been suffering from the stomach flu the final few days (We just confirmed that when he puked) and I just started to show symptoms. I'm sure that I'm infected, but I have work today. I'm sure that I can physically seize through the work day just fine. Considering I probably wont be Truly sick until after work. Unfortunately I need the hours. =/ Should I ring in and explain the situation to my manager, or attempt to tough it out until I'm showing sure symptoms?
