Are you worried give or take a few the swine flu?

i have swine flu for 3 days.

worry will not adjustment anything, I tend not to worry, but to be proactive.
I have been working on shifting my behaviors, by washing my hands hourly, NEVER touching my face lacking first washing my hands, avoiding large crowds, consumption a healthy diet and drinking adequate fluids, and when a vaccine is available I will get one.

The swine flu is just another variation on the same flu that make the rounds every time fall approaches. The media has sensationalized it and stirred up nouns, but it's just the flu.

The flu sucks, don't get me wrong. If you've ever had any flu, you know exactly what I'm conversation about. But, swine flu is no better or worse than last year's flu, only different contained by that it crossed species. Remember bird or avian flu? Aren't we all supposed to have died from that?

Turn off your TV and walk get some exercise. You can even jog to pick up your prescription...
