Conjunctivitis quiz, give a hand please?

I have conjunctivitis , I've had it before and phoned the NHS helpline and be told to get drops and what to do in general.
The thing is , adjectives the gunk has pretty much gone but I still have the itching feeling resembling there's something in my eye.

The main question is should I try to maintain the eye open?
been lying down a lot and it bothers me smaller quantity if it's closed.

I'm using the drops every two hours.

Answers:    my Dr. instructed me to bathe my eyes contained by warm water several times a day to flush ,and soothe the eye`s past putting the drops in ,i half filled a bowl and immersed my obverse in the water , and fluttered my eye lids within the water ,allow to dry ,and apply the drops ,they cleared up very quickly ,another soothing trick is to wear sunglasses ,around the house , etc. this stops the glower and eases the soreness
Awww. I'm sorry that you feel miserable. Keep using the drops that you were given, as prescribed. The discharge going away is unfolding you that they are working. What I have found to be helpful is a nice warm cloth over your eye/eyes. It is terribly soothing. Other than that, It's just time. Sorry. Feel better!
