I surmise i merely found the explanation i hold getting intermittent yeast infection?

i just found out that males can get a yeast infection to,i got treated for it but my boyfriend didnt and i a short time ago keep getting them over and over again.i told him to get checked but he refuses because he dosent want them to stick that item in his dick so i told him im not going to have sex with him till he get checked and he is acting really stuborn it is pissing me of excuse my language, why is he so scared i think it is vastly unsanitary to go 2 years without getting checked especially if we have sex more than 4 times a week,i really reckon my search is over to why i keep getting discharge and its him,i follow all the rules to stay verbs but he just wont get checked.
Answers:    Maybe it's not yeast. Have you been checked...cultured...for other organisms?
etimes other vaginal infections masquerade as, or turn out at the same time as yeast infections. Some women have never had formal trialling of the vaginal organisms. And even if they have been tested, sometimes no other organisms were grown surrounded by culture, but nonetheless are still present in the vagina. Ask your doctor about the possibility of your having an infection that is to say not related to yeast." http://www.womenshealth.org/a/chronic_ye… [This site has some suggestions, if you find your infection IS chronic]

See if this article helps. It starts out, "Contrary to popular belief, men can't be blamed for continuing yeast infections." http://www.aphroditewomenshealth.com/new…

Finally, "Researchers found no direct connection between mannish sex partners and yeast infections in women, even if the men themselves were infected, too." http://www.medicineonline.com/news/10/38…

Follow "mature man's" advice, as well: do NOT have sex until you enjoy finished the treatment for the infection, whatever it turns out to be, or, as he says, "You'll never get rid of it."
Honey dump him, you can do better. You should not enjoy sex until it is completely cleared up. Otherwise it will never heal. And for you it's not enough to stay clean. Try some Monastat or Vagisil and use a napkin instead of a tampon. Tampon will engage the medication. Also try eating some yogurt, it is known to help run down the reacurrance of infections. If it doesn't clear up in 2 weeks you yourself should see a doctor. Source(s): Healthwise Handbook
