Yes my workmate had it. Flu symptoms, took a week off work and recovered with no have need of of hospitalisation. I currently have 4 friends who have the flu, they have not be tested to see if its seasonal or swine, the doctors are not wasting their time and our money anymore with the blood tests to confirm. The symptoms are the same and the bearing to recovery is the same. No need to do anything special for the medium hyped swine flu.

Both my baby cousin (she's turning 4 within a few week's time) and my brother (he's 11) had it during the initial weeks of the outbreak. Both have now fully recovered and are as robust as if they just had the regular flu.
For them, they had symptoms approaching runny noise, sore throat, congestion, muscle aches, sneezing, phlegmy cough... Nothing too out of the ordinary. My cousin have a low fever for a day or two. There recovery time be relatively fast, no longer than a week. Probably 3-4 of the symptoms being at their worst.
