High fever contained by my two year feeble daughter...?

My daughter had a temperature of 104.6 last darkness and I took her to the ER. She was given a suppository of acetaminophen to help reduce the restlessness. Today I took her back to the doctor when her fever suddenly reached 103.0 because I be scared that it would get too high again. By time I get her to the doctor the fever had reduced itself to 102.0. I am now home beside my daughter and have been giving her the suppositories of acetaminophen regularly. Despite the medicine her fever are Still reaching 103.0 when see is sleeping. I can't get her to keep from throwing up the Ibeprofen. Anyone have any view what I should do next. The Doctors say it's probably a viral infection. They have weigh out ear, nose, throat, chest, bladder and kidney infections. My aughter is miserable. Vomitting, diarreha, and high fevers beside chills, and recently started a dry cough.
Answers:    Take her to another hospital and ask to be tested for H1N1. Those are symptoms of the flu. Ask for suppositories for motrin too and ask how to Alternate between tylenol and motrin. she also need some e fluids too, that will make the virus worse. There are anti nausea meds but she may be too young for them. If you feel something is not right don't give up, you are her advise and her voice.
