*HELP*- I HAVE A LUMP BEHIND MY EAR,? WHAT IS IT?

OK ITS RIGHT BEHIND THE EAR LOBE, AND ITS NOT CONEECTED TO ANYTHING LIKE BONE, ITS NOT HARD, AND ITS CONNECTED TO THE SKIN, AND I CAN GRAB IT AROUND MY FIBGERS, IT HURTS WHEN I TOUCH IT, AND IT HAS A LITTLE HOLE , AND IM WNDERING IF ITS LIKE A PIMPLE OR SOOMETHING, I WORRIED PLEASE HELP> IS THIS SOMETHING TO WORRY? SHOULD I GET THIS CHECKED BY A PROFESSIONAL = DOCTOR? BASED ON WHAT I SEARCHED ON THE WEB, THIS DOESNT SOUND GOOD, IM WORRIED IF THIS IS CANCER.

my friend had a knot behind her ear , just about the same spot ,she went to her doctor he set her up for surgery, i looked at it and said it looked like a blackhead, she squeezed it a bit ,and puss come out , she cancelled surgery, that was a year ago it is gone now .
