In other words, if you are eating gluten free, doing the very best to be 100%, you're starting to do better, and then you do hold a situation where something gets cross-contaminated, or where you used a lipstick that you didn't know have gluten, etc., then do such small setbacks place you all the way spinal column at square one, and you are as sick as though you had never gone gluten free, or do they just put you back a touch and it's easier to get back on track? (Gosh I really really hope it's the latter, because I am still learning what soaps, wash, and cosmetics are safe.) Does every setback re-destroy all your villi that have started to grow final?
