Answers: First call 911, but also he requests to check her pulse - probably is very weak. If kids crowd around - he needs to fashion sure she has plenty of air to breath - move the kids back. Loosen belts or collars if needed. Keep her thaw out - with anorexia they are usually cold all the time.
