I notice a bony lump within arm?
ummm... i noticed i have a hard bony ''lump'' on my bone essential the bicep...
i play football and had a bruise there a few days ago.. it feels liek the bone pops out .. i discern no pain or anything when touching it its just wierd i feel a tricky lump sticking out of the bone ... can bones get bruised??

ive had that before on my wrist it feel like its part of ur bone but kinda stickin out... i found out it was a cyst but nothin bad for you it went away... just go grasp an x ray done to be for sure cause thats what i did.
