OCD or Eating Disorder?

So here is my problem. I don't know exactly what it is I have but my problem consists of preoccupation with maintaining my current mass. I constantly check everything to make sure no one has put grease or anything fattening into my foods. I can no longer leave a plate unattended for fear of people doing something to my food. I re-wash adjectives the plates my roommates use for fear of any fattening residue. I can't even put on chap stick anymore because of the fear that the oil in it might cause my weight gain. I position all my tupperware in the fridge so I know exactly how everything is when I return to it and I constantly re-count servings to make sure I did not step over. Please help. For one, I don't starve myself. I eat very on form and exercise everyday. What to do? It it taking over my life and I have never had this problem in the past.

It sounds similar to OCD.
That actually sounds like an eating disorder. People individual think about females having drinking disorders, and although they are the same thing, the eating disorder differs between femininity. For females it's all about losing weight and controlling and restricting food consumption. For males, it's more of a body issue, they attempt to gain muscle and weightiness loss doesn't matter as much to them. Food restriction isn't as strict as it is with a female. Males tend to drink very particular things, and cannot go out of their comfort zone, approaching females. A fear of gaining weight is a big point in any eating disorder because it is a sign of getting fat, which is scary for sufferers. I was watching a thing on Youtube, it's about body overcome boys on Dr. Phil. Just type that in and you will see that your life style is very much resembling the boy on the program. Good luck and your reaching out and realize there is a problem, so I suggest that you go speak to you doctor right away.
