Muscle twitching surrounded by gone arm, legs perceive a bit puny?

Hi,
muscle in my left arm has be twitching most of today, where my bicep is. It's visible to see. Acompanied by this is minor weakness contained by the leg and hand. Am confused because i've never experienced this before. A few months back I have twitching on the breast muscle but it didn't last long. What could this be?
Answers:    Hello...
This sounds like Fasciculation (involuntary muscle contractions)
Muscle twitching is caused by minor muscle contractions surrounded by the area, or the uncontrollable twitching of a muscle group that is served by a single motor rudeness fiber or filament. There are many causes to why you are experiencing these involuntary muscle contractions but mainly it's a sign of a stressed system disorder. They are often triggered by stress, anxiety too much caffeine intake? Exercise & diet deficiency's.
If you are taking any drugs it could be a side affect too. Normal muscle fasciculations come and go, and do not last for more than a few days, most citizens don't even notice them. Symptoms that suggest nervous system disorders include weakness of the muscles & loss of muscle size but honestly I have a sneaking suspicion that you just need to take some upright vitamin supplements wich is what I usually come across in my scope of business. I get clients beside bad cramps and most of the time they just need to put some magnesium contained by their bodies and the problem is solved. When it comes to the Nervous System I feel that Natural Remedies are the best. So here is a site that will help you understand what you are experiencing better & I strongly recommend you do thieve Zinc and Magnesium.
Wishes!
