Should I be concerned here?
At my physical exam today, during the drug test, my Doctor said my urine was showing a lot of protein within it. I told him I take promethazine (80%-90% protein), drink creatine drinks every now and then & also exercise 6 night a week, as well as eat high protein foods usually. He next did a CBC test to see if there was any kidney infection going on, but my CBC test came back normal (other next a little high cholesterol & rapid heart beat). He wasn't overly too concerned though.
f here was a kidney infection, would it show up on the CBC (complete blood count)?

Urine microscopy and culture should show if there was a urine infection.
