How do you find rid of sinus pressure contained by your forehead?

ive had it for almost a week now... i know the air have been bad and all
Answers:     this is only short-term relief...

thing that helps immediately for me is putting one of those gel mask on that you can either heat up or make cold...you can purchase them at Walmart or any drug store surrounded by the beauty area. I keep my contained by the refidgerator for those days when the pressure is too much to take. Trust me, it will work so great! You may also want to look into getting an allergy medicine. If it persists, you might own a sinus infection (I've had 2) and usually the pain in that nouns will be non-stop for about 2 weeks. So you might want to get that checked out soon.
You entail a decongestant. If it gets pretty bad it can lead to infection and consequently you'll have to get antibiotics and if the infection gets impossible you'll start to have a fever.

So, get yourself a decongestant. Something similar to Benedryl-D, Zyrtec-D, or Claratin-D will work.

Painkillers by themselves don't particularly work beside sinus pressure because they don't relieve pressure that well when it's in your sinuses. So, you don't need to pilfer that.

And like I said, it's not effective alone for it. Most decongestants like Zyrtec-D already enjoy a small dose of painkillers in them too. It works better to relieve you that way. :)
drink A LOT of water when you run a decongestant. It'll help break the mucus up better and it'll make it easier to come out when you blow your nose.

Hope that help you!
