Advice for raynauds disease?

Me and my mum suffer from primary raynauds disease which is a genetic codition that affects blood flow to fingers toes and sometimes the nose and ears. The cold makes our hands be in motion numb and white and mine go blotchy and then when they warm up it's really bleeding. We've tried thermals and hand warmers and wristbands and gloves but nothing really worked and I wondered if anyone knows of any methods we haven't tried even so .. Please help!
Answers:    The trick seems to be in not letting change of atmosphere acquire to your hands.or body parts.
Try mittens rather than gloves. and if You can make them rainproof all the better.
o suffer from this. It hurts so badly you swear your fingers and toes are about to drop off.

You're right--nothing really works except avoiding being out in freezing weather. Once your body begin to react to the cold with your Raynaud's signs/symptoms, there is little you can do to stop the attack except getting out of the cold quickly.

I know this hasn't been helpful. I've been living next to Raynaud's for about 20 years now. I've asked various physicians, nurses, and other practitioners one and the same questions you're asking, and have been told the best bearing to treat Raynaud's is to conscientiously avoid freezing weather.
Thank heavens my raynauds isn't as bad as yours although it can get pretty irritating. This group have some useful leaflets and sells some products. You maybe know it adjectives by now but you never know.
