I notice blood surrounded by my pee?

Hey, for about the past 7 weeks, I have see blood in my urine. I don't really find it a major concern, except when I pee, I cannot eat for nearly 4 hours. If I try to eat, I experience either cramps or explosive diarrhea, which also has blood contained by it. Other then that, I am a very healthy entity. I have not told anyone about this, because I am embarrassed. I fake the peeing test at my doctor by using my best friends pee (I watched him pee, but I am not gay ok?). So, what do you think I should do more or less the blood in the pee?

1.) Tell your doctor and get it treated.

You could have an immune reaction, group A beta-hemolytic streptococcus bacterial infection, renal calculi or stones, cancer, or acute glomerulonephritis.

Acute glomerulonephritis is an inflammation of the biggest part of the kidney where the absorption and filtration of urine take place. This is very dangerous and requires prompt medical attention. If you have this, you probably enjoy protein in the urine which you wouldn't know about, edema, and decreased urine output. This along near possible pyelonephritis somewhat explains the hematuria.
ver, hematuria along with gastrointestinal disturbances, which are sudden and onset, has to do near Acute Renal Failure or kidney failure.

Another disease regarding hematuria and gastrointestinal bleeding could be ITP or idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
