Bloodshot eyes after no sleep?
Hello, everyone. I didn't sleep for about 30 hours and I have bloodshot eyes. I thought that after sleeping the redness would turn away but it hasn't. I've already put iced vegetables on my eyes for about 20 minutes, and it's gotten a little better.
only mete out for the bloodshot eyes is lack of sleep, nothing else that I know of has influenced this.
So I be wondering when the redness would go away. And that's even if it does go away by itself. Is that adjectives I need? A couple nights more sleep and rest?
Thanks. :)
Answers: get rotten the computer, give your eyes some rest.
There's a cheap, over-the-counter eyedrop medication called Visine that works really well to reduce eye reddishness. Every pharmacy will have it, the store brand would be fine. It uses a combination of chemicals, most notably Potassium Chloride and Tetrahydrozoline Hydrochloride, as vasoconstrictors, which reduce blush.
this answer was adequate!
Bloodshot eyes for a while after not sleeping is normal. It can concluding even for the whole day after you've finally had rest. If you're really worried more or less it you can use an allergy eye drop that constricts the blood vessel so it removes red eye.
However, it's not really needed because this will go away on it's own. Just get back on a majority sleeping routine and you'll be fine. :)
