Anorexia contained by college...?

I've had an eating disorder for six months now and I solitary lost 12 lbs. Im 15, and I use to weigh 112 but now i'm 100. btw I'm 5'1" But anyway, every year at school we get our largeness and weight checked, and thats coming up this in a few months. If I lose any more weight til consequently will they notice any thing wrong? This is just a simple query yes or no. thank you for reading this (:
