Recovering from an Eating Disorder, looking for warning.***?
I have had an eating disorder for around 4 years, I am on the road to recovery and I'm scared that I am going to gain a ton of freight, I know that a little weight is okay but I feel approaching I'm gaining to quickly. In May I was around 103-105 presently I'm about 110-115. 125 is a normal weight for my height above sea level 5'4 but I do not want to weight 125. I'm a pretty small person all around, other have been.
I'm hoping to stay around 110, I am going to be buying a Bowflex Home Gym and I will work-out 7 days a week, Saturday & Sunday being lite work-out days. If I work-out and follow a apt diet will I continue to gain weight?
