Am i have gastric issue?

ve been suffering from chest pain for 2 days. I do hold gas problem i believe. Often i can fell the sound from my stomach. It is like grinding sound. Some times i am getting mid moved out back pain too. Because of this gas issue, i stopped smoking and drinking. Now i am following good food behaviour. Only thing is I am having chicken almost 5 to 6 times a week. Eating chicken is harmful or not? Will it incentive any gas problem . I get belching often. What is the remedy for this. Chest pain i am getting is simply for 3 to 4 minutes. Then i will be alright. Eating chicken more will cause heart problem?
Can gas cause chest and back agony? Am i suffering from gastric problem? What is the remedy for this?
Answers: i suffer from gastro oesophagal disorder which is gas problems but i have the same symptoms. the stomach acid rises into my oesophagus and it burns and i can chew it
all i do is take a paracetamol for the pain and a zantac tablet to support reduce the acid ad gas as it give me heart burn too.
