Answers: The only way to know for sure is to see a physician. Even if you don't hold Lupus, you may have some other kind of disorder/disease causing these symptoms. See an internist.
e is a chance you may hold it as there's a small chance of it running in families and unambiguously it's well worth speaking to your doctor to allay any concerns. The blood tests we recommend for lupus are: ANA (positive in over 90% of cases but not specific for lupus alone) and DNA which is drastically specific for lupus. We also automatically run an aCL (anticardiolipin) test, this is for 'sticky blood' which one in 5 lupus patients have and clearly does cause memory problems.
There are many symptoms of lupus including the ones you list. The most adjectives are depression, joint pains/muscle aches and fatigue. So again I would say be tested for LUPUS, at lowest it will eliminate it if nothing else.

it runs surrounded by families, but it's not hereditary. Source(s): diagnosed with lupus 1984...
Celiac disease can cause all those (including infertility, by the way) and is heritable and linked to lupus. It's way more common than lupus is and is commonly found contained by people who also have lupus, so if you have these symptoms and your mom have lupus, you need to look into it before you do anything else. It's an autoimmune disease caused by gluten so the treatment is a gluten free diet.
