What is it when your mitt feel approaching it burning?

ok so 2day (a) 6 am i woke up cause my hand felt approaching it was burning it was weird but i go back to sleep so i was like doesn`t matter what..so den again like around 1 or 2 it happened again but this time i was awake n it started on my fingertips next it was on my whole hand lately wondering if its something serious? oh n on my left shoulder i feel like pressure resembling pinched nerve always everyday buy yesterday it was really fruitless that i tried getting a massage but it didn't work so den in the morning thats wen i felt my mitt burning does that have to do anything with that?
