i would ask your doctor, though because of chemicals in foods and items children are developing earlier and earlier
I started developing when I was 8, so it might be zilch, but I would go to the doctor if she has pubic hair already, I get things one at a time. Maybe she should get a check up just in grip.
Twenty years ago this would not have been normal. I own been hearing more and more about this arranged nowadays though. I've heard speculation that it is because of bovine growth hormone and things like that. Anyway, I estimate you should call her doctor and ask about this.
A girl can start puberty at that age and be fine. As long as she is eight or elder when she gets her period, I wouldn't be too worried
