What is Patellofemoral Disorder?
I've been recently diagnosed with Patellofemoral Disorder and I don't reasonably understand what it is. I told my doctor the pain I was consciousness and she told me a little of what it was, but I didn't quite have a handle on her explanation and when I looked it up on the internet I couldn't understand anything of what they were saying because it be all medical jibberish to me, please help me understand what it is.
