Am I Lactose Intolerant?
One time ate a lot of ice cream and it gave me diarrhea and the diarrhea be so bad that it persisted for about 4 days and everything get back to normal except for the fact that every time I get through something (or every other time) I instantly get that sick feeling and have to run for the bathroom. This time I have noticed that I ate lots of cheese and sour cream (nachos), so I was thinking that maybe I am SEVERELY lactose intolerant, but this also happen to me when I ate an apple...
