I own a lump lower than my armpit i.e. cause throbbing.......?
Im 15 and a female. Today I noticed a lump under my armpit that is to say causing me alot of pain when I touch it. Breast Cancer runs in my clan but I dont know what to do. Should I visit the OBGYN? What could it be? Please tell me cause Im getting worried. Thank you.

What you are describing sounds like Lympho Sarcoma....do not hang about to see the doctor because you are scared Have it looked at immediately
yes you should go see your doctor. I also have a lump under my armpit thats because i enjoy shingles due to stress. If you shave it may be an ingrown hair that also causes these lumps. But if your really worried, go see a doctor. Good luck

It sounds like a mild infection running through a lymph node, zilch to be worried about.
The problem is the pain...usually, if the lump is only just a little bug bite or sist, it wouldn't cause any pain. But since the lump does incentive pain...I don't know what to say...it might just be a sist...but you'd requirement to know how big it is?
my friend have something like that and it hurt her all day afterwards she squeezed it and found out it was just a big pimple, she's 14
you know what? i ahd the same exact thing! i went to the doctor (i'm fifteen too) and he give my a breast examination. it turned out there was nil there, and i was fine. but then it go away. my mom told me that it was because i shave my armpits, so my pores are open to dirt and stuff like that. so, i go on with my life, then i notice it again, so fed up, i started to squeeze it. it hurt reeaaly bad, but after a while, stuff started to come out. it's gross, i know, but it was basically a very large underground zit. so, i want you to go infront of the mirror, put your arm up, so it looks resembling the side of your body is parralell, and squeeze. trust me, i doubt it is anything serious. mine caused a lot of pain, and breast cancer also runs within my family. please try it, and tell me how things go!
