A cut on my paw get infected. it is still swollen & prickly & ive taken the 10 year antibiotic from my doctor?

im also now developing another painful lump on my palm. do you think the infection is spreading? i cant seize into the doctors office again anytime soon. what should i do?
Answers:    get another doctor for a stronger antibiotic or another way to remove it.
